How To Use

  1. Add an integration:

  2. Write any prompt for ChatGPT using fields from the board: 

    Write a formal email. Take a person name from {{columns.Person}}, 
note their industry from {{columns.Industry}} and describe that you want 
to get in touch because you are doing research in that industry.

Email must be short, not more than 100 words. 
Start with "Dear <name>".
Close it with "Kind regards, John Doe"

  3. Get prompt results directly to board column:

Fields

Item fields can be accessed with {{columns.<Column Title>}} macro.

Follow these rules to convert a table column title to macro:

  1. All spaces must be replaced by an underscore: _.
  2. Column Title must only contain Alphanumeric characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z, _). Remove all non-Alphanumeric characters.
  3. Column Title is case-sensitive, meaning Industry is not equal industry.

For example, column title Review comments (optional) must be specified as {{columns.Review_comments_optional}}.

Item name field is special, and it can be accessed with {{items.name}} macro:

Tokens

ChatGPT usage is counted in Tokens. Tokens can be thought of as pieces of words. Please refer to OpenAI documentation for more information on Tokens.

Approximate token usage (based on latest OpenAI information, subject to change):

  • 1 token ~= 4 chars in English
  • 1 token ~= ¾ words
  • 100 tokens ~= 75 words

Account token usage is shown on the application settings page. It can be accessed in Administration -> Apps menu:
